I have found myself over the last few weeks as I’ve started posting again realizing that if ever you made it to my page, you might think that life has just gone on without you.

Next month will be one year with @weareholsm, and I am so WILDLY grateful for this journey.
4 years ago almost to the day was the first time I truly LOVED my body. I have struggled my whole life to be in love with this body…I’ve spent my life critical of the size of my too small chest and my too big stomach. Never feeling feminine enough OR masculine enough. In 2022 through my grief and depression, I got down to 100 lbs on the dot, and I finally loved my stomach.
When that sadness lifted from 2023-2025 I put on 27 lbs. No matter the workouts I tried (which were A LOT) nothing shifted my weight, and mentally and emotionally I struggled with my body again. But the truth was I didn’t FEEL strong. I didn’t know if HOW I was working my body was right for me. AND I didn’t look how I wanted. Feeling OFF. Looking OFF. Struggle.
TODAY. I hit 500 workouts with Holsm. I maxed my dumbbell deadlifts at 110 lbs, AND I hit my target weight dropping 10 lbs and hitting 117. I do not look the same at 117 as I do at 100 lbs, and it is SUCH a wild gift that I am more proud of myself and my body at this weight than I was at 100. Not to mention yall that my spine is healing from an injury over 10 years old!! I can feel my back getting stronger and healthier. My mobility is better. My pain is down.
There are no words to express my gratitude for @pamandras for bringing me into the Holsm Family and for Holly Fivian for creating a community of women that changes lives.

Heartache, love, panic, fear, longing, peace, rejection, uncertainty, confusion, tenderness, rushing, slowness, grief…
You get the idea.
A truth for me is that I am so VERY blessed that in these times of tumultuousness, this creature is here with me. I know she feels my heart because when I’m hurting, she won’t leave my side.
I knew to set the camera up this morning as I got dressed because I could feel that when I switched from the bedroom to the bathroom, she would follow me, and the truth is I needed her love as much as she was needing mine.
Whatever drags you out of your head and back into your heart and your body, whatever makes life SENSUAL again, follow that, my loves. Follow it.
There is nothing more blissful than a moment of tenderness.
Nothing more utterly beautiful and human than a moment to hold and BE HELD.

So many of us in the rave and EDM Family struggle with really, fucking unimaginably beautiful highs…festival moments, whole weekends spent uninterrupted (often even without cell service) with friends - laughing, crying, connecting, dancing, being completely and totally ourselves and uninhibitedly free…and often that comes with powerfully low lows once home.
One of the reasons I am so deeply in love with @griz (aside from what an unfathomably incredible artist he is) is that he is a wild and wonderful mirror of what self-love, grace, and deep feeling truly look like. This man cried at almost every set he played at Seven Stars…he cried AND he threw TF down. He reminds us at every set I’ve ever seen him play, to love each other FIERCELY and to take the festival and the sets and the love and the connection HOME with us.
It took me MANY years not to feel sad and lonely when a song would come on that pulled me back into a moment with my crew…when I was sitting alone in a quiet empty house, feeling less than or like something was missing was my heart’s go-to.
But now? Now when a song comes on and a feeling comes over me, I sit TF down, put my hand on my heart, let myself fall fully back into that moment, and I allow myself to be flooded with the LOVE and JOY that was awash in me: feet on the Earth, connected, alive, expansive.
To anyone that might be hurting - that might feel disconnected or alone - you’re not alone, baby. I’m right here with you. We ALL are. And you are so very loved. The festivals are not separate from life. They live in you. The love you feel there comes FROM YOU. The circumstances don’t create it - YOU create it because you ARE it. Today may we all breathe a little more love and light into our day.
Close your eyes, put yourself back in front of your favorite artist, and let yourself fall awake into the love that is your home.

“Heart open is your best protection.”
This became my mantra in 2023. When everything inside of me wanted to close, shut out, and PROTECT, what became more clear than ever before was that every way I had learned over my 36 years of living to protect myself actually causes me pain.
We all want to love and be loved.
We all want to connect. To be seen. To be FELT. To be held.
We all want to be TOUCHED. Touched by one another and touched by life.
To live unabashedly heart open absolutely opens you to the possibility of hurt and pain…to feel deeply, to love deeply, to connect deeply means loss and heartache are unavoidable.
But the truth is, they’re unavoidable anyway.
The love…the love is the choice. The depth, the rawness, the willingness to stand (proverbially) naked in front of another human being, to lay yourself tenderly at their feet and hope with every fiber of your being they pick you up, is the scariest and most wondrous experience in the world. To live vulnerably is to live in love with the beauty AND the pain because with an open heart, with a willingness to feel it all, there’s nothing to be scared of anymore. When you no longer fear pain, there is nothing left to fear. You always know you are right here - one breath and one heartbeat away - from the ability to love and hold yourself through anything.
Choose love. Choose to feel. Aim for the stars….you’re made of them anyway!

“What is success or failure to you now?”
This is a line I have always loved from a meditation with Mooji. Though SO many of his beautiful instructions have struck my heart in myriad moments, this one always seems to come out of nowhere and cut the tether to my sense of smallness and confusion.
For the truth is, we cannot fail at anything.
Let’s say that again….YOU CANNOT FAIL, my love.
Life, God, Spirit, Love, Universal Consciousness, Oneness…they don’t care about how much money you make or whether the plans and goals you have come to fruition. They don’t care how many times you falter or fuck up. They don’t care about your relationship history or your past or even about your future.
The purpose is not to WIN at life. It’s not recognition. It’s not to be the best.
The point is to DANCE. The point is to live every breath like the precious miracle it is. To live and love and breathe and fall and fail and laugh and cry. The point is experience every iota of what this humanness has to offer….
It’s the shattering AND being blessed into remembering you can never NOT be whole.

We are so profoundly and INTIMATELY connected to each other. We have BECOME because of one another, and we are still forming and being reformed like the land masses of Earth herself because of every moment we share with one another AND with ourselves.
We’re made of stars.
We are literally no more small and no bigger than the entire Earth in the vastness of our universe.
You are relevant. You matter. You are just as precious as the breeze and everything else that gives life.
The moment you feel lonely, my love, you need only slow down and remember your enormity. Remember every life you have ever touched. Think of every person you love, and simply by bringing them to mind and heart, you will be changed.
Don’t let that sweet, silly protective mind of yours take that real moment of love away.
You ARE that love. And we can never be lonely when we’re full of love!!!

Being human means being in a perpetual state of “in process,” “in the middle,” and not quite where we want to get to. Especially when it comes to experiences like grief and change and unexpected shifts, there is a natural ebb and flow inside our own bodies, hearts, and minds that can be hard to rest with. I have felt this so often in myself.
Something comes up and I find myself in a moment saying “I should feel, think, be, act….” Or “I shouldn’t feel, think, be, act…..” BUT. What I have deeply come to believe is that the moment you have the wherewithal to SEE the should is truly just a moment of invitation - it is a moment where exactly BECAUSE of what you have been thinking, feeling, and being up to that very moment, you now have the capacity for something different. It’s not that your process has been wrong. In fact, it’s the opposite. Your process has been SO RIGHT that it has led you right here to exactly where you need to be.
I’m not saying the process is pretty. I’m not saying it’s easy. I’m not saying we won’t hurt and be torn apart and put back together. But I am saying, be tender with your process. Offer yourself and your process gentleness and love. Be kinder. Pause more and place your hands on your broken heart. Hold yourself the way you hold your children. And know that to be in process only means you’re still alive, my love. NOT that you aren’t doing it exactly right.

I’ll admit this first attempt isn’t perfect, and everything in me wants to redo it before I post, but here we are letting ourselves be perfectly IMPERFECT. So while my whole recovering perfectionist nervous system says, “agghhhhh” we postin anyway 😜
Also, have I said that @weareholsm is the shit yet? Best community for womxn for mind, body, and spirit. I’ve never felt this confident in my body not because of the way it looks but because of what she’s capable of now, and this isn’t the end. Lift more. Get stronger. Love harder and more free.

Trusting life.
For so long I fought AGAINST so much of life - all the while thinking I was just working hard for what I wanted. Over all my years of tireless effort what I realized is that - really - so much of my effort was about control: controlling myself so I’d be palatable and likable, controlling how I showed up in relationships so I could have and keep love, and controlling as many uncontrollable variables as possible so I could force life to evolve the way I wanted.
Fuck was that TIRING.
My mantra for 2026 is: TRUST. Fundamentally trusting that the universe has my back. That though things might not be going like I think they SHOULD, that the outcome MIGHT just be even MORE beautiful than I could dream.

Hi. I’m Tiffany.
And I disappeared from social media for almost 3 years.
Not because life got quiet or boring….but because it got REAL.
2022 and 2023 wrecked me. In the most powerful and visceral ways. In the way life does when it’s trying to wake you the fuck up.
I lost parts of myself I so deeply believed I needed to survive.
I let versions of myself I had spent my entire lifetime building fall apart and fall away. I broke. I crumbled. And from the ashes and the mess, I discovered the most wondrous, unimaginable gifts of LIFE, of LOVE, and of PEACE.
I stopped showing up here because I couldn’t pretend, and I wasn’t ready to be fully seen either.
But here’s what I learned:
Nothing about me or my life was falling apart.
EVERYTHING WAS FALLING INTO PLACE.
The last 4 years have been the most honest of my life.
Healing.
Unlearning.
Letting old identities die.
Letting FEAR DIE.
And falling in love with life! Again! But with a whole new texture and flavor this time.
Somewhere in the middle of this wildness,
I wrote my first book: Unbound.
And even more powerfully, I found a version of myself who isn’t afraid anymore.
Not afraid of being too much.
Not afraid of being seen.
Not afraid of the opinions, the noise, the PROJECTIONS.
Not afraid to be WILDLY fucking perfectly imperfect.
She’s peaceful.
She’s wild.
She’s grounded.
She’s ratchettttt.
She IS love flowing in and pouring out.
So, here I am. Queen energy. 👑 And my hope and purpose is nothing more than to BE and be REAL with all of you.
To share the messy, the fucking exquisite and beautiful, the raw and uncomfortable human parts of this life.
To stay connected to the people I love.
To be a reminder that we are ALL stronger, more powerful, more beautiful, and more EXACTLY right than we can possibly imagine.
So let’s build something magical together as this next chapter unfolds.

You are not broken.
You are not behind.

Well…it’s official! The house is on the market as I prepare to make the move to Colorado!!

I have to say, I am absolutely in love with my home, and I so deeply hope that someone comes along who loves her magic as wildly as I do! Though painting over the Buddha mural would make her more ubiquitously appealing, there is something about this house that just FEELS right when you walk in the door, so at least to start, I don’t want to change anything.

Feeling an overflow of love and appreciation for this little structure that has housed and held me this last year. The history contained within the wood and walls that have been here since 1930 feel alive under my bare feet and in the carbon of my bones. Though it felt like home the moment I walked inside, it’s moments like tonight where the sounds, colors, textures, and unseen vibrations of the energy of this place feel like seeing myself from outside-in. Contentment, a whole ass life experience of satisfaction, feels so much like its roots are the home we come back to after whatever whimsical adventures fill our days, and I just feel unimaginably and wildly grateful that this one was blessed into my living.

This year Valentine’s Day didn’t just “look” different but FELT different. Spending the first year of my 35 years living alone and learning to LOVE myself first has been such a wild journey, but it wasn’t really until yesterday that I felt a shift in my understanding and experience of the word “partner.” A concept we use to define the people in our lives as carrying a different weight. Without one specific person to point to this year, I realized I have been BLESSED in the last 12 months with women that fill every corner of my desires for what truly feels like partnership to my heart. We show up for one another in the easy moments and the hard. We are authentic, vulnerable, curious, adventurous when it’s beautiful AND when it’s challenging. We grant each other perspectives we sometimes don’t want to hear. We see and are seen, hold and are held. We laugh; we dance; we sing; we take road trips; we cuddle; we hike; we spiritually explore; we cry; we scream; we Netflix and chill; we read; we encourage; we fall asleep next each other; we cook together; we allow space and togetherness. These women know all of me, and I have the fucking wild gift of getting to know all of them. We choose each other, every day. This, this is partnership.
I remember Liz using the term “platonic partnerships” and feeling so confused…”how is that different from friendship?”, I asked. Babe, I get it. I get it.
So yesterday, I spent the day with SOME of my partners in living, my tribe, my fierce women. Me (and the motorcycle) - primary partner! Yes, baby, I will always be your ride or die! @lizlopo , @krupakanaiya , and @rachellynnsebastian all in one day! To my other queens I didn’t see yesterday, but you damn sure make the fucking list: @mac12421 , @kelsi_michelle , Anissa, @whitneycouey , @kristinsburnett , Lindsey - I love you. Thank you for navigating this loving and living alongside me in a way that cracked open my concept of what it means to have a FULL and complete life awash with the partnerships I could never even have conceived of 12 months ago. I absolutely adore the chance to work with my hands: to build and add things that feel personal and beautiful to my home. It took me MANY years to realize that construction IS a creative process: from the design to the build and the hurdles you inevitably encounter along the way, there are always opportunities for frustration OR chances to stay in flow, creativity, and evolution.
To the person who smashed and ran, thank you for the chance to be in my strength and creative space and to have a few days that feel like loving on my home!

It’s been a year since @charles.thefirst passed and @archangel lost her partner. It’s been 10 months since I lost my wife. I’m writing this post because hers made me feel seen, made my experience of grief not feel so lonely. When Charles passed, she posted a picture of her with their 2 best friends - the 4 of them had been best friends. In a time where I already knew the end was coming, that picture…ugh…I felt like I shouldn’t be here either…I could imagine a picture of my 3 if I was gone - I knew it was what was coming…2 months later it did.
Grief, oh grief, you have been the greatest teacher. Learning to navigate the feelings of dying, of losing the greatest love I have ever known, and choosing to treat it like death even though it wasn’t so I could give myself the space to feel and reflect on that love like Shai did. “I will always feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have felt the way you made me feel.” To have a love some people never get in their entire lifetimes. “I learned to grow so fast I wish sometimes it would slow down.” With loss this deep, we HAVE to learn fast or we won’t make it…I, I had to learn fast or I don’t think I would have made it.
This post is just to say, whoever you are, whatever you’re experiencing, you’re not alone. There are people in the world who feel exactly like you: people relearning how to breathe, get out of bed, and create new versions of themselves without the arms of those who held them in so many moments. To learn to hold myself has been the single greatest and most painful gift I have ever experienced. Whatever you are learning, don’t forget to be tender with your beautiful self - with your fragile AND resilient heart: stay open, resist the urge to close. This being human is a miracle of ALL experience. I absolutely had no idea how this year would feel, but spending Wednesday and Thursday cooking EVERY single item on the vegan spread felt so peaceful and connecting. Thank you to @anmariekitty for planting the seed for this in JULY 😂 Thank you to @lizlopo for making sure I didn’t have to cook alone if I needed support. Thank you to @mac12421 for coming early even on a day that was a new experience of what family means to you, babe. Thank you to every single one of the radiant human beings for sharing this day and yourselves with me…to sitting on cushions on the floor, sharing gratitudes and love, to popping champagne and drinking straight from the bottle, to closing out the night with low lights, tunes, and beautiful conversation. “You haven’t met all the people you’ll love” but this feels like a magnificent start. Merci mes amours.

I recognize in this moment, a few days away from Thanksgiving, where I will have none of my blood family but so many of my CHOSEN family here, how lucky I am to have BOTH. Who am I?
Integration. Pieces and parts - I feel recently as though this phase of living is all about bringing everything forward, together…understanding a full, wild expression of “self” where no part is on the bench waiting her turn - where one is not more “right” than the other. Where “identity” is no longer found in concepts and labels: no more “I am…” Today it hit me that it’s been 4 months since I’ve seen my son and over 2 since I’ve heard back from him. As I type that I feel my own judgement of myself and the fear of being judged by others “she must not have been a good mother”…”I, I, must not have been a good mother.” “Mother,” “wife,” “partner,” “friend,” “daughter,” “business owner,” “teacher,” “festie,” “vegan”…All these labels and though some still technically apply none FEEL like home...EXCEPT “mother.” In the midsts of the greatest act of motherhood I have ever experienced: continuing to show up for my boy, wanting nothing more than for him to know he is ALWAYS, always worthy of love no matter who, where, or what he is: granting him his own beingness and loving us both through WHATEVER that looks like - today has been a painfully beautiful recognition that even “mother” is a label that doesn’t seem to fit this moment in my life. So who am I? Buddhism taught me so many years ago a sense of “non-self”…the relinquishing of the conceptual self: a touching into the eternal self…the self without attachments, without judgements of rightness or wrongness, a self of egoless love. In the breaking of my shell that poured over me today, I am reminded that no label can contain this love, this tenderness, this trust in all that is unfolding. All of these aspects of self are just projections, prism reflections of the light that is love. There is nothing to figure out, nowhere to go, nothing to control, no outcome, no transcendence, no identity yet to be created or destroyed…there is just LOVE. Through all the beauty, through all the grief, through all the unexpected twists and turns, the one truth is love drives everything (even when we’re so confused about how to get there). Maybe this discomfort is simply that no concept seems to fit anymore. Who am I? “Love.”

Life unfolds in myriad unexpected and wild ways. Today’s reminder: keep your heart and mind open to whatever comes - it’s always more beautiful than anything you could expect. Setting my intentions for what I want to FEEL has gifted me with everything I’ve asked for in the most unexpected ways. Thank you to this beautiful (and yes, still sometimes HARD) human living. Last post, last day.
I always find myself at the end of a trip wondering how to deeply take it all with me, and while that’s the true today, it may be the biggest feeling of gratitude and awe I’ve ever felt. This trip was more than just seeing the world - it was healing and releasing from a self and a life that longer is, reconnecting to my mom in a way I haven’t gotten to for nearly 10 years, and remembering the world is changing just as deeply as I am in this one precious life I have been given. This island is just as alive as we are…volcanoes forming new land and higher peaks, temperatures shrinking the glaciers hundreds of meters each year, mountains expanding and melting, humans pumping seawater from 2000 meters within the Earth to form the blue lagoon where silica is slowly depositing itself in shapes like romanesco cauliflower on the rocks…nothing is stagnant or still. I have tended to feel throughout my life like there’s a place to get to - some space of wisdom and understanding that will FEEL like balance and equilibrium, but this place has reminded me that both only exist with movement: equanimity is not some place where we are still but where we are tender and open to whatever comes - moving slowly enough like the flow of lava that invites us to be soft and warm and then hard and cool and then broken down to become dust frozen in time inside of ice only to melt and one day make our way back to the depths of the Earth from where we came. There is no end, only this breath and whatever comes next. My goal: to wisp softly and radiantly with life’s ebbs and flows as the lights dance in the sky here - never knowing who or what will be next (from within and without).

This island is just as alive as we are…volcanoes forming new land and higher peaks, temperatures shrinking the glaciers hundreds of meters each year, mountains expanding and melting, humans pumping seawater from 2000 meters within the Earth to form the blue lagoon where silica is slowly depositing itself in shapes like romanesco cauliflower on the rocks…nothing is stagnant or still. I have tended to feel throughout my life like there’s a place to get to - some space of wisdom and understanding that will FEEL like balance and equilibrium, but this place has reminded me that both only exist with movement: equanimity is not some place where we are still but where we are tender and open to whatever comes - moving slowly enough like the flow of lava that invites us to be soft and warm and then hard and cool and then broken down to become dust frozen in time inside of ice only to melt and one day make our way back to the depths of the Earth from where we came. There is no end, only this breath and whatever comes next. My goal: to wisp softly and radiantly with life’s ebbs and flows as the lights dance in the sky here - never knowing who or what will be next (from within and without).

Europe’s biggest Glacier, Vatnajokull, and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and Ice Cave Hike. Driving to the lagoon was absolutely magnificent. I wish there was a way for phones to capture the feeling of movement in the ice as it comes down the mountains (the glacial tongues). It looks like water flowing, and here the richness of the colors - the teal in the caves was with NO light shining at all and the black of the lava ash. There just aren’t words. Then the view from our house for the night with the mountains (which sit on ice underneath them) and the glacier, and then the most wild sunset I’ve ever seen. This trio has been more than I ever could have imagined. Taking these breaths to remember that we are made of this same stuff…that by walking the Earth Iceland is me, within me and without.

Seeing the northern lights is one of those things I quietly hoped for but didn’t want to get my hopes up for…no expectations, no attachments, no possessions, and yet…IT HAPPENED. It really dances!!! It breathes!! I was that girl running into the hotel telling everyone and then running back out. From pathways through stone carved by glaciers 9000 years ago (and also a filming location for Game of Thrones…I could almost feel the dragons flying through the gorge) to Vík at night and the aurora…thank you for these gifts and reminders.

Waterfalls. Black sand beach. Sleeping under the stars in a bubble. This trip and this Earth FEEL like a miracle. An island the size of Ohio and it contains every landscape you could imagine. The whole island is basically a volcano, covered in lava stone fields across the horizon. Glaciers, waterfalls, mountains sitting on lava and ice. And ALL of this, every element lives inside US. I’m in awe. I’m in gratitude. And to share this wild journey with you, Mom…there aren’t words big enough for this love. ❤️

It feels as though nothing can capture this feeling…the vastness of this place…such a tiny piece of this immense Earth, a tiny speck in our galaxy…the feeling of being everything and nothing, one with the Earth…like this air is the breath of the world. Iceland day 2 ❤️ Made our way from the Blue Lagoon to Reykjavik to adventure through the Icelandic rain. Discovered my rain gear is NOT waterproof and wearing cute overalls is probably a bad choice 😂 Napped through the afternoon rain and re-emerged to dry skies and exquisite lights! To anyone who knows Sense8 - the concert hall Riley visits with her dad is REAL and gorgeous!!! I love traveling without expectations, trusting feelings, and exploring without goals in mind. Mmmm. What a delightfully wet adventure 😍
